Description

Delicious cheeseburger sliders made with sweet Hawaiian rolls and a savory ground turkey filling, perfect for parties or family dinners.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 Hawaiian rolls
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 6 cheese slices
  • 1 small diced onion
  • 1/2 cup pickles
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup mustard
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half and place the bottom half in a baking dish.
  3. Cook the ground turkey with diced onion, salt, and pepper in a skillet until browned.
  4. Spread the turkey mixture evenly on the rolls, add cheese slices, and top with pickles, ketchup, and mustard.
  5. Place the top half of the rolls on the sliders.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the rolls are golden.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

For extra gooey sliders, add a few extra minutes in the oven after the cheese has melted. You can freeze the sliders before baking for up to 3 months.
